This is my journey to get myself more healthy and in shape. My journey isn't about losing those fast extra pounds, but a change in my over all life style.

My posts change with what I'm working on at the time. Sometimes it's finding good food recipies, sometimes it's work outs, and sometimes it's just things that motivate me.

you lazy ass motherfuckers if youre so concerned about how fit you are then get off your dumb ass and move because believe it or not being immobile 24/7 when you are perfectly capable of moving is not cute or quirky

You are aware I’ve ran a half-marathon, can do over 30 push-ups, lift over 40lbs heavier than my own bodyweight and I can do yoga like a bamf, right? 

I really thought this was a joke anyway? 

Why would this be a joke? I think it’s pretty awesome! Everyone has down time where they scroll through the internet, so why not keep yourself busy while you’re doing it? It’s not meant to replace your main workouts, just add a little extra whenever you can.

I was originally aiming to get a Nike Fuelband, but on top of being ridiculously priced, a lot of reviews explained that it was more or less a very inaccurate measure of how much your arm moves.

I was kind of hoping for something that would measure over all activity, with a heart rate monitor or something, but 1. I don’t have a smart phone and 2. I don’t like the big bulky watches.

:/ So, we’ll see what happens.
